What is your return policy?

You have 14 days with receipt to return any item you purchased provided it is like new and you have the tags and receipt.  Clothing cannot be washed and dried, boots must be worn inside on carpet to keep the soles clean.

What kind of warranty comes with my boots?

Keep your receipt!  While every boot manufacturer is different, we will take care of any defective boot within the first 3 months provided you have a valid receipt.  Anything after 3 months may have to be sent to the manufacturer for credit pro-rated for the amount of use you’ve gotten out of the boot.

Please keep in mind that when boots are sent to the manufacturer, they will not send them back.  You will receive credit on another pair of boots based on their allowance.
